Right on! I haven't weighted under 185 lbs since at least 15 years. Very impressed and quite happy with it. My secret? Intermittent fasting 20:4, 17 km (about 10,5 miles) of jogging and lots of water. After all, 180 lbs might not be so unattainable.

Edit: After double checking, I might have been that light once in July 2016, but it was very shortlived. I intend to make it last this time.
