I'm still not use to adding extra calories. I'm not trying to lose but was worried if I snacked last night to up the calories I would gain a lot. it's hard retraining my brain. lol
45.2 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
