925 calories 49 carbs 32 fat 19 protein. I'm fixing to do something my brain tells me I shouldn't. Fixing to have Halo Top and it's already figured unto my total for today. I'm trying for close to 1000 in calories but it's hard to retrain my brain.

daily carbs 50 fat 30 protein 20 so not off that much. Weighed this morning so I'll see how it goes in the morning. Hoping no gain but I'm sure there's going to be one

I weighed 101.4 yesterday I gained from weekend which is usual but I weighed this morning 100.8 so my 925 calories with Halo Top didn't hurt me lol. we will see how it goes by Fri with upping my calories
