EGG FAST!!! It's really working. I'm down 4 lbs this morning. And the walking is paying off too. So happy!!!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s a lot of eggs! I love them. Would eat them everyday, but go oatmeal a couple days a week for balance. I’m glad it’s working for you!

It's probably working because your now in ketosis because you've lowered your carb intake! Way to go!
