I must say, my pants are definitely bigger. Not ready for down sizing but won’t be long if I keep it up.

I had a great time going to thrift stores and finding good bargains when my clothes got too big. You should give it a try.

Liv001- I’ve really been waking a lot. And even tho I feel a little dread every time I put on my old walking Van’s, I feel exhilarated while I’m walking and afterwards. And my boys (canine kind) love mama for those wonderful walks. As far as down sizing clothes: I kept the 12s and 10s when I last lost 60+ lbs. I’ve got the cutest small woman clothes. And I guess I’m not feeling secure enough yet to start giving away my 18s and 16s. But yes, I sure did shop at Goodwill in my way down before. And still have many of those clothes, mostly shorts and capris.
