It is 2 weeks, since I joined FS. So I am looking back and looking ahead.

What I need to do:

Increase my Protein intake. Need to plan grocery purchases with this in mind.
Have an Exercise plan. Have to build muscle strength and also improve stamina. Probably seek expert help, after a month of my own efforts.
Get to sleep earlier. Switch off all LED screens, 2hrs before bed time. Have a plan for that time, so I wont continue on my computer, due to boredom.

What I have achieved so far:
Mindful eating-- Taking care, with what I put on my plate, trying to balance the Macros. Reducing sugar intake. Recording and reviewing my daily food intake. This compares with previously throwing whatever, on my plate and not realizing what or how much I ate.
Drinking more water-- I have been consistent with 48-64 oz per day, even hit 80 oz.on a couple of days. This compares with my previous intake of 1-2 cups of milk and no water.
Exercising consistently- I have been doing more than 1 type of exercise, most days, paying attention to what I am doing and pushing myself a little more, each time I think I can't do more. This compares with sitting on the couch all day.
59.9 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@marynshane, from the FS home page, always click on "MY FATSECRET" in the upper left corner (under the knife & fork) before you do anything else. That will show you all the things you can do. They'll be listed neatly on the right side of the page.
