Obviously I am down to the hard stuff, the stuff that's been hanging around for a while. I am pleased with my weigh in and am realizing from the last few weigh in's that I have to fight harder and smarter now. Game on!
79.7 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
