This is what laziness leads to. Don’t tell me it’s ok I can get back on track...tell me to get my act together! Haha I know I can lose it again but man, maintaining is a beast! I stink at it. I like food. I like mindlessly eating. But I don’t like regaining weight I worked so hard to lose. I don’t like my pants getting tight and uncomfortable. I don’t like feeling bloated and unhealthy. I need to decide what I can live with and what I can’t. I do not want to regain another ounce.

You have to log your food every day and stay here more often, if I leave I gain weight too.

Keilin wonderful advise some of us get the free bird feeling like Momma and I and don't realize we need to stay here to be able to truly fly ;)

It's only five pounds, but if you want reprimands, here goes: Get your rear in gear, young lady! You've worked too hard for too long to let yourself get lax like this. Remember where you WERE? Do you want to go back there? Don't even give yourself the OPTION to get back into larger clothes. I just gave ALL of mine away! I had always held onto them for years, thinking I "might gain" again. Inevitably, I did. Now, I'm thinking (and affirming), "I have gotten rid of ALL of my "too big" clothes, because I know I will always stay at these smaller sizes now!"

Thank you Keilin! SO true! I hate logging food every day but it is definitely the key to success

Thank you Debbie! I need a good kick in the pants! I did get rid of all my bigger clothes and I never want to have to buy more. This is what I need to be reminded of every day❤️

I think it’s a matter of brain washing yourself and telling yourself over and over again that this is a lifelong diet
26 Mar 19 by member: rosio19
For instance my lifelong approach is no liquid calories, never overeating junk food, Monday -Friday meal preps. Set your own lifelong goals. 😉

I wanted to ask and see here you are looking at your lowest. Do you want to go down....5 or more? Do you want to stay down . . . .5 or more?

Thanks rosio—you’re right and you’re a great example. I admire your ability to maintain your loss. Time to stick to some goals and rules.

I feel your pain! I'm so pissed at my snacking habits!

Terrapin: Ideally I’d like to stay at 125. I got down a bit below that which I liked because then I didn’t get upset by scale fluctuations. 120-125 would be ideal.
