I am having a tough time keeping below goal. I thought I was eating light, but the scale says NO! Today I am trying harder to get back below goal. It looks like I will never be able to eat more than 2 meals a day and stay at goal. I have my lunch figured out and posted and I know I will stick to it. I have a dinner planned out also. Apparently I have been consuming too many carbs so I am cutting back some more.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you for the vote of confidence lvoo1 and mlittle123. I guess I knew that it was going to be hard, but it still surprised me when I gained almost 2 pounds in a week!
