Yesterday was a wonderful day. The sun came out and the day was warm. My diet plan went well also. I bowled on Thursday night with the women's league and I can't complain about that either. They had the monthly cake and cookie night and I didn't east a crumb of either. Today is going to be a busy day. We have to have the car serviced and that will take up most of the day because the dealer is about 60 miles away. Tonight my hubby is grilling us a T-bone steak. We pick up several last week on sale. I will make a nice salad to go with it and forgo the potato. All is well.
