Weight is unknown today. Yesterday was a Keto bust. I seem to having a hard time keeping the carbs down, I know why, it's just so difficult this week. I'll get it I know I will. Have a healthy day.🙋

You had coffee today. Things could be worse. No coffee and Terrapin turns in to Old Man Grumpy Pants. So chin up, get back to what works for you and make this week pass like water off a duck's back. Enjoy the journey.

Maybe you need to add more fat. Fat helps you feel full longer and then not be tempted to reach for carb foods. Once you control it you can push it down again a bit. It is what I do if I start to feel hungry when I should not and water is not helping. if it is a specific craving maybe deal with it but in a very limited way. Good luck. Hang in there.
