So I decided to fast till lunch time. Fasting while eating carbs feels a lot like anorexia 😟 Not something a I want to do but I have plenty of stored food for my body to survive on. I will be okay 😜

True story. It feels like your stomach is eating your back😩😂😂😂 I definitely find it easier to IF when I limit my carb intake because once you go for those you just want to keep eating.

You will get use to it...I also sometimes fast until 11-12pm (mostly when I don’t work) Remember this is a new journey 👍🏻

Thanks guys 😊 I fasted till 1:30. I may end up eating pizza for dinner. I don’t think I’ll have the time to cook when I get home. But we’ll see. Maybe I’ll get to leave on time today!!
