Well I fought for that 6/10's of a pound, yessiree. I'm beginning to think that now it's just going to come off in much smaller amounts. That's okay, it may mean it might take longer but I will get there.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
