Yesssssss to weight loss! woohoo! After a few days where I just wanted to eat, eat, eat (but didn't), was curious what the ol' scale had to say: it said "Hello, darling! You've lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks! This is the right path and keep making the good choices; well done! Just move that body a bit more" LOL Well, scales do kinda talk to us, don' they? (I think my scale has a British accent today) Have an awesome weekend, everyone! :)
142.8 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! How did you loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? i see no results in my body and im getting very discouraged 🙁

@Bianca: I wish I had a magic formula! I just lowered my carbs (50-60g net carbs) with 25-30+g fibre (average 90g carbs per day, varies); my protein goal is 90-100+g; and trying to keep fats moderate. Veggies and some fruit. IF usually 14 hrs. I sure don't exercise much! Don't be so impressed with my numbers: I am over 300 pounds and needed to lose 200 pounds. 10 pounds is 5% of that. You losing like half pound or so is equivalent. Just wait till I am close to my goal: the scale will take longer to show results. Keep on eating well & exercising and you will get your results, maybe with tape measurements! Healthy body is the best measurement of overall success :)

Thank you for your reply. I am at 132 pound almost akd i fast 18h. I usually eat around 800-900az per eating window. I haven’t exercices for a month now. I feel i am not losing anything. I wish you the best and keep up. You will achieve your goal for sure! 💪🏻

The thing is, i don’t know when the results will show during IF. I don’t know if i should continue on this track or change it ...

@Bianca: don't despair! There are so many variants for each person: age, height, health issues, food history (such as disordered eating). I am not an expert, especially regarding dieting (ask me how to gain and I can tell you LOL). I just have met with many dieticians, nutritionists and health professionals over the years. I don't want to give casual advice to you! A quick glance at your Food Diaries shows, imo: low calories, protein & fibre. My approach is about Balanced Eating. Again, I am not a trained professional and barely know basic human biology! LOL If you ever want to message me privately, please do! :)
