Ate more dairy yesterday but got thru day 3 on plan. Got hungrier around 330 than I'd planned so ended up eating my leftovers instead of my ribeye. Just going to switch that out on the eating plan for the week, no biggie. Stayed right around the 20 net I was working toward.
Realizing now I needed more fat in the meals to cut the cravings. Makes sense. Correction for today made.
Woke up a little hungry so coffee, eggs and bacon it is...
