Blew the Keto thing the past two days. I went from an 8 on my urine stick back down to a 4. I'm shooting for under 20 on carbs and under 1000 on calories today. I did my arm exercises while on the stepper this morning then my Hubby and I are hitting the gym for an hour or so this afternoon. Have a healthy day🙋
89.3 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are still seeing a colour you re still in ketosis. The intensity is not really relevant at all

Yeah and the sticks don't even work for most people anyway. I never showed anything but a few times, even though I was in ketosis.
