Weight up, I'm sure it was from the sodium I consumed yesterday. So today, no more processed meats other than my turkey sausage and bacon and only sparingly. I'm headed to the gym, today I'm working with a marathon trainer and I'm doing 2 straight hours on the tread. Have a healthy day🙋
89.7 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
