Day 47, Month 2: No change in my weight, not worried though. I still feel on track to achieve my February goal. I did find a stash of mini Snickers yesterday - oh man, did I attack those. Today is a new day, and I'm off to a great start. It's beautiful outside, and I plan on getting another great hike in (yesterday's hike was pretty awesome - love the outdoors!)

I revamped my workout schedule. And am going to start Beachbody's LIIFT4 on Monday - an 8 week fitness program that combines weight lifting and high intensity interval training with 4 workout days and 3 recovery days per week. I've done the 8 week program before and it's challenging enough to change you, but not so demanding that it consumes your life. hmmm...I think 20-30lb weights are "light"
