Woohoo!!! Got Under that 190 lbs bar! For a while there I was feeling like the scale would never go back down. But at the same time, I noticed a few minutes changes in the miror that the scale might not be able to indicate. My shape has changed. Less muffintop, thinner skin on my belly (there is a start of a 6 pack there...) a little bulkier on the pecs and the shoulders. I am gaining muscle so that is normal that I don't lose weight...

Oh and I forgot to mention that I'm getting less beaten and doing more beating on the judo mats (it's been 5 months and I'm starting too feel that I represent my green belt a little more every weeks). :o)
