😀 I forgot to weigh in on Friday and was a lill worried I might not see much of a change today since I ate almost all the way to maintenance calories (my guestimate) yesterday. But I’m down 2 whole pounds!
71.4 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
