I ate over plan yesterday. I couldn’t stay away from my can of mixed nuts 🤷‍♀️ oh well. It could have been worse. I’m in that stage where I feel little bouts of compulsion to sabotage my diet with sugar, carbs, anything and everything seems to catch my eye. From experience I know this crappy feeling will only last another day or 2 and then I will no longer crave sugar 🙂

Damn sugar cravings! I’m right there with ya! I broke last night and had a snickers ice cream bar. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Weak! “....sugar is a hell of a drug!” (In my best Rick James voice)

Rick James voice! 😜😂😂 That’s definitely how I feel about sugar too. On Monday I was thinking I’ll stay on keto till March... Now I’m thinking just until I lose 10 pounds 😅😅😅 It’s so hard!!

I learned a lot about my body and my relationship with food last year. And a lot about what triggers me to binge. Haven’t figured out a way to fix that yet but I do know that I will continue to try. Which is the biggest reason I care about the over eating of the nuts.

no one ever put weight on eating nuts. unless they are coated in bad? sugar or chocolate

Nuts in a can maybe. I get my nuts straight off the tree. During myb8 week challenge i would eat 4000+ Cal's a day worth of almonds and lost weight and bf% I never advocate not counting but you won't get fat eating seeds and nuts

Personal experience tells me the science behind how many cals are in seeds and nuts is very wrong. I legitimately ate 10kg of almonds alone over 8 weeks and lost weight. Look at ya poop when you eat bulk nuts/seeds 80% pass through untouched. Organic raw nuts/seeds are good to go. If it's in a can I have no idea but I wouldn't eat nuts outva can hahahahaha

I can avoid spontaneous thinking about food, but sight or smell and it’s all over. Good luck with the next couple days!
