Thanks ...You could be right...or..could be that I am not paying scrupulous attention. But hey...I am here ...I am facing ...I am aware. Yet ...I am a very very happy human. This is becoming ...is ...my way of eating. Way of life. I love the support.

No problem. Bowel movements or being backed up could also add up. Best to look at the good stuff and no weigh everyday because putting too much emphasis on it can ruin a whole day.
