i have changed my eating approach to intuitively eating.
i eat only when i am hungry.
i hit healthy fat satiety, protein satiety and use green vegetable for stomach stretch satiety.
i do not eat between meals.
i do not let calories determine what i choose.
High calories are fine if i intuitively want more food;
i just remember not to eat between meals or when not hungry.

Since Nov. 22-30th i dropped pounds.
and i feel so satisfied eating this way.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
