Goooood Sunday mornin...getting all them thanksgiving goodies outta the house...makes a difference to this body...prepped yesterday ...so today ...get my morning workout/ride...doesn’t really feel like a workout..but getting ready does...if only I could just go back an get on the bike and ride it without getting sore in all the wrong places...I have started to notice..my butt is starting to get broke in enough that my butt and the seat are friends once again...just takes lots of riding and comfy padded shorts...and chamois cream...

Did walk around outside of house yesterday...just to check around the house...noticed I was able to walk better in the grass..then last time..hopefully my balance and my legs getting stronger is a good sign...

Today is last nice in the high 50s...tomorrow down to 30s again..been nice last 3-4 days...not nice enough to be in a T-shirt...had to wear a jacket...but nice enough with sun out...made you feel more up beat...

Well...breakfast is over..been sleeping 9 hours last few days...must need the rest...what can you do when sun doesnt shine till almost 7am this time of year...I hate the longer days...and the cold days...but learning to wear warmer clothes once again...hate wearing clothes...lol...

Well..tea is gone...morning chores to do..then it’s. Change into riding gear...only need 2.5 miles to hit my 60 miles for week..but I’m sure IL do more once the endorphins kick in...and the tabata music gets to cranking on google music...

Have a great Sunday....thanks for the support...gives me encouragement.... 👍🏼 ....

Upping the exercise is great..changing the program...or resistance...or if you have ankle/wrists weights...all good resistance to add for harder workout

Being retired..inactive and eating badly is how I got out of shape...at 375... I was still doing what I do now...but picking things up off the floor...just didn’t happen...now I’m more active..not like I want...but for me trying to stick with the habit of riding keeps me motivated...with benefits....

The weight program has different stages to work through and it changes the resistance for each one. So I am good there. My knees are not the best and it would seem my hips will ache if I go for long walks outside now. Elliptical is awesome for all of this.

I am more inactive now than I have ever been. I used to work hard out in the yard and never lost any weight. I had more energy when we first moved out here 10 years ago. Getting the weight off has to help with the hip and knee pain and feeling more energetic. I definitely need to make the elliptical part of my everyday routine ... just to get me off my keister and moving.

Yikes, 50s, and sunny before 7? I must be much further north. It's been 20s to 30s, and sunlight from 7:20ish to 4:20ish!
