My scale says 126.6, his 125.4 so I’m meeting them in the middle ;).

Me:ugh
Hubby:what’s it say?
Me:126.6. No way could I have gained. Maybe it’s water. Can I use your scale?
Hubby: Yes..... what does it say
Me:125.4 so I’ve gained 0.4# by yours in 2 days and 0.8# by mine. Mine hates me
Hubby:Well you didn’t exactly cut back on the turkey.
Me:Yes I did! I couldn’t log it accurately so I ate ham which I could log. I kept it to my normal portion size and ate less than half as much as last year. I’d say water weight but that should’ve brought up the SM and brought the BF down. (SM lowered by about .2% and BF went up that much).
Hubby: Well mine shows I’m 80.
Me:Because you’ve gained and by the charts you weigh too much. Then you have to consider your visceral fat. I’ve lost a lot of mine plus 30# so it dropped my age by 6 years. Work on the visceral fat and I think that age will go down.
Hubby: Uh huh.

Me:🙄 Pretty sure diet is what gets rid of it and maybe some cardio, not lifting weights. (He does very little cardio, doesn’t diet at all and lifts 3-5 days a week) Maybe try to watch what you eat for a week or two and see what the scale says.
Hubby:I did watch it! As I ate it. I also cut back. I only had 3 pieces of pie this year 😈.

He said it so seriously at first then cracked up when he realized I was exasperated with him. Honestly I don’t care if he’s 400# as long as he’s healthier and gets that visceral fat way down from the current 12 or 15 or whatever it is. He’s being ornery today! Oh and I’m starving. That little bit of dip for dinner is now biting me in the ass lol. Doesn’t help that I ended up feeling bad last night and didn’t sleep well. Now the question is... Black Friday or not? If so do I eat before or try to wait for lunch? All shopping is done but I do need some material that’s on sale and the oldest wants to go to the pet store. Old navy would be nice too. $15 jeans! I could use a pair as I have one 8 and one 6. 8s can be pulled down too easy and 6s are a little loose but still fit ok. My 5/6 in another brand are tight but loose by lunch- stupid stretch.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I went over my list and I’m almost done shopping. Just need a few things for teachers and crafts to finish up. My oldest just wants to go and see what it’s like. I’m betting she won’t want to go next year lol. She now wants to go to Walmart😳. All the other places wouldn’t have been too bad but Walmart will be hell. Especially with a 4 year old! I may bribe her with ice cream if we can skip Walmart lol.
