At goal...just bouncing around with Keto. Keeping calm. Lots of change in my schedule or exercises and classes. I need to regroup in order to fend off fears of losing ground. Yet...better than a stall! So here I will recommit to FS---IT ---and Keto!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 42.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
