Came down with pneumonia, one awful way to lose it.

53.5 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week

Oh no! How are you doing? Terrible stuff... like Anna I had that about 2 decades ago too... slept sitting up for 3 weeks... it was awful. :(
