lost half lb. I think I can do this now. I am going to try and stick to this for 2 full weeks. so far I have only managed to last for 3 days, then go on a feeding binge.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
