Sooo I ate cake for breakfast lunch and dinner last night 🤷‍♀️😂😅 I worked from 7am till 7pm. I’m sooooo tired and still insanely sore from the evil squats. In other news, I received 3 awards at our quarterly meeting 😁👍

I ate a lot. It put me into a coma last night lol Slept from 9:30 till 5:15! I don’t feel refreshed because I feel hung over from the sugar but I’m glad I slept. I need sleep.

Congratulations on your award, we all have had days like that, don't beat yourself up, get back up and start over again, remember you go control of it, stay encourage and focus.

So glad to hear about the squats. But, If they REALLY annoy you see how you like the deadlifts... People like me 'rave' about squats and deadlifts because they are 'compound exercises" so you get 'more bang for the buck' by hitting multiple parts of your body. However, if you like the 'weight machines' better you should do what makes YOU feel better :). My number one thing to get results in the gym is to just 'get to the gym' :) Ignore idiots like me and just do whatever makes you happy :) :)

Cake is good, love it! 3 meals of cake? i could do that too lol. I worked those hours yesterday and lived off the vending machine, i was so hungry last night i orders chicken fingers and a few beers. Awesome job on the rewards! Kudos!

Way to go on those awards!! It is always nice to be recognized at work! A few more squats and that cake will be a distant memory - you can do whatever you decide to!

😅😅 😂 I had chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and Trese leche. I had a little bit today too. No break at work so I just shoveled it down in less than 5 minutes. I’m glad I got the awards 👍 This job/ position is hopefully a stepping stone for a better position. Still can afford rent in Miami with my salary ☹️

I counted how many squats so think he had me do! 200!!!! 1 good thing about the ordeal is I now know my current bf% and my bmi. My bf% is 29.1 and bmi is 25.3. Not really sure what this means though.
