I am finally back to the weight I recorded before my sister vacation. It has been since September 19th with a series of ups and downs. It sure was hard to get back on program. I thought I had it going on several times but failed to launch! I hope now is a good losing trend. I was thinking about a 3 day fast if this latest try doesn't work out. I have 8 more pounds to lose and then the maintenance begins. I think that is actually harder than losing the weight.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay! last year I regained 16 lbs, my mistake was that I thought that once you lose weight you don't have to worry about calories anymore, this year I am doing better. Just keep in mind that at maintenance mode calories and macronutrients still matter
