I can't believe it is Friday already. The time goes by really fast these days. I am trying to hang in there thru the weekend so I can have a good weigh-in on Monday. The last 10 pounds you have to lose is the hardest. Your mind tells you go ahead and eat, but in reality you are not quite at goal yet.

Yep - finding out about those last 10 pounds! Going to lower my goal another 10-20 when I get there! Maybe I should do it now! Sometimes I think it is unconscious fear!

I think we sabotage ourselves for some reason. Just set your mind to get off those last 10 lbs and you will do it. You got this.

You folks are absolutely right. I sabotage myself all the time. I am going strictly Atkins 20 carbs per day and get the job done. I know it works, I just need to make myself do it.
