Looks like I'm averaging 2 pounds a week this month on keto/carnivore . my body does not lose with dairy. What a bummer! I did add an oz of goat cheese the last few days and so far so good! I think having cooked meat in the fridg is helping,preparing, and not varying too much. almost time to cook another pork roast.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad to hear that's no dairy parameter is working, also that goat cheese was ok. I think I'm going to have to give up dairy as well. Boo.

Chesgreen T-rex lol. I didn't think I'd love carnivore, I went into it kicking and screaming, but I'm getting results. I think I'll start experimenting with other foods when I reach goal maybe next summer. I just wish I could find good cheap steaks LOL

do you have a sam's club near you?? they have some deals on various types of meat. much cheaper than the stores locally.

So glad the scale is moving for you! I feel for you ❤️ Nothing is as frustrating as working your ass off and not being rewarded for it! I’m soo thankful I found keto and IF. I would not have lost so much otherwise (thanks Adef!).
