😁 only .2 till I’m back to my pre vacay weight (from last Friday morning)! Also I slept for almost 9 hours last night!! I woke a couple of times but went back to sleep 👍
71.1 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is surprising to me! And a lill scary. I can already hear myself thinking that it’s waaaay easier to recover from a cheat day; so why not indulge in more of them... I don’t want to do that though. Eating the way I did is unhealthy but physically and mentally. Even if I can undo the damage quicker than ever before.

I hear you on the mental cost. I am back on my normal diet tomorrow morning even though I have the day off.

You know my 3lb gain from 10 days in Sweden lead me to believe I can be more relaxed here too. Yeah ok, 😂 Two more lb crept up. Now I’m at my 180-190 n fighting to get to pre Sweden. But like I posted yesterday I’m lifting heavy n running. Pants fit great and last night my jeans from when I was 170lb were falling off me. Lol.

This is great you guys. I too had family vacay and decided to relax within reason .. now toting up the calories and you know besides having the odd glass of wine I really ended up in deficit mostly just because I chose shrimp and seafood over less healthy options .. the splurges were mainly on just having a bit more carbohydrate than usual.. in the end I went up around 7/8lbs and in four days back have already knocked 4lbs off. Moderation is really the key :) Best of luck to you too.

This discussion allows me to set my expectations. 4 out of control days should be 5-8 pounds. 4 off 'easy' but 4 to stay for 1-2 weeks. Suck it up Buttercup...

Way to go on that speedy recovery! Nice to know you can go on a great vacation and then get right back to where you were!
