Yay, another pound down. And I found some shirts that are size large not extra large that I can wear. Life is good.
Thankful for my hubby who is soo proud of me.
Thankful for my FS buddy's encouragement.
Thankful for my friend's encouragement.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
