A week of enjoying different food..and seeing a constant increase...back to lower carbs for me...

LOL - I prove the same thing to myself over and over. I can eat in a caloric deficit and still gain if I eat grains and too many carbs!

Eating the grains made the inflamation worse...but knowledge came from it..learned about lectins and what they are in..now to get back into fat burning mode an find the energy I lost while eating the carbs...for me..more carbs doesn't work...
