Wow to myself. I cant believe that i lost 3 more lbs. Way to go meeee. :) Now I cant wait to lose another 10lbs be nice to be under 300 lbs. All I can say is wow.
140.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
