Hard work and good choices pay off. I am thankful that I have friends here on FS and also around me that are on the same journey. Changing your life for the better feels great!

HAHA that is too funny Heidijoy! My youngest neice weighs 34 pounds so my sis-in-law told me that I had lost her.
