Today's weigh in marks the completion of 8 weeks of eating Keto and tracking macros. My goal was 25 lb and I almost made it! That is the scale victory.
The non-scale victories are many. The biggest is less pain due to decreased inflammation, more energy, and the freedom from not having to think about what I'm going to eat.
144.9 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
