well, surprise surprise I went down some points! I need NOT to let this just give me a 'free off completely' weekend though!!! Last night for my OMAD I did go just a tad overboard, not so much for the meal but after. I am going to try to document how my evening went and in doing so, maybe I can see where it went a little off track.... so my day at work was uneventful except that again I was doing other than my office job type work, but since there wasn't any 'pressing' office duties breathing down my neck, it wasn't really that bad, plus there were tasks that had to be done so if I am capable (at times I did make some bo-bos but its ok) I was ok doing them. So I came home ok, I didn't get up and go to 24/7 yesterday or today but will Monday and I'm setting a trainer appt for Thursday after work, my son & his gf will be gone then for a couple weeks so I need to have a plan for after work. OK I'm getting off track, back to my yesterday (oh I like that Beatles song!) Anyway, HOME son & his gf are working on the apartment and fixing dinner, All is well. I start with a nice glass of white wine & half seltzer water, a couple green olives stuffed with garlic and of course a few black olives....a few mixed nuts (which I eat bite by bite not handful gobble), ok, not bad....Dinner low carb wraps with yummy vegies, seasoned tofu, asparagus, hummus (not all low carb) but still, not bad and moderate portions, ate slow and enjoyed every bite....oh in between that, more wine/less seltzer water added, more nuts. OK movie time, sleepy so turn in.....middle of night wake up a couple to 3 times to go grab nuts & this time at least once I gobble......EEEKKKK, I figure this morning would really have a gain, but it did not. BUT I AM NOT GOING TO START ON THOSE NUTS TODAY NO MATTER WHAT!!!!! They are ok, but I think they are still a trigger for me to overendulge. BUT THEY ARE SO GOOD and the bag my sons gf gets is so big and fresh, BUT I cannot eat just a few, hopefully they will finish the bag today so I don't have to look at them! OH, and this evening we are having a couple friends over for dinner. They want to make Baozi (chinese dough with filling) and spring rolls & green salad maybe some fruit. Which is all healthy but carb filling. I think we will try to make the dough with coconut & maybe almond flour which would help cut the carbs, They don't eat meat so it will be all vegies. So I am planning on maybe eating 1 baozi and a couple spring rolls and mostly the green salad, try to stay away from the fruit unless there are berries.....Then tomorrow it is pitzelle baking time (oh I did have a 1/2 pitzelle last night also, but didn't crave any more) They want to give some to friends so want to cook more. I think I can resist them.

nuts are so easy to overdo. and some nuts are better to use on the low carb diet then others. glad you enjoyed your meal.

I cannot stay up late. I cannot eat after 9:00pm. If I do, I will 'go nuts' and eat 100 carbs...
