Yesterday: W=48.1kg, F=20.0%, M=36.5kg
Today: W=47.6kg, F=19.9%, M=36.2kg

I made “Mapo Tofu” and “Jalapeño loaf “ for tonight. I made Keto bread last Sunday. It needed 6 white eggs. I was not sure what I should do for 6 eggyorks. So I just mixed them with Okara (Soy milk pulp), chopped Jalapeño and garlic salt. Baked for about 40 minutes. It is like Jalapeño muffin.
47.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi SoCalPam! Thank you for your comment. You must be living somewhere in Sourthern California. If you are close to Japanese grocery stores, you might find Okara. It has lots of protein and fiber.

I live at the edge of Little Saigon :) There are a couple of Japanese grocery stores nearby, though. Thank you for the idea!

To SoCal Pam, Little Saigon! I sometime go there for croissant, pho and Vietnamese stew. I like ethnic foods. Okara is able to used in almond or coconut powder.
