Our dinner tonight. Upper picture: Salad, Natto with Japanese yam with salted sea weed, Steamed mung bean sprouts and okra with ground black sesame seeds and soy sauce and turkey ham wrap with radish shoots. Lower left: Baked mackerel (lots of EPA and DHA!), Lower right: 1/2 Golden kiwi and 5 raspberries.
