and again my fingers are slightly swollen this morning. I'm not overly concerned but curious - the only think i can think of is the Cracker Barrel Habanero Monterey Jack cheese that I've recently started eating. It makes the best microwaved cheese chips in the world! OMG I love them so much and they're a super fat/protein hit without any carbs... As I ate them last night I thought about taking some parchment and a slice to work with me today - wondered how weird my work peeps would think I am... Still thinking about it 8-) Have a great day everyone!

I make up a snack size baggy full and take them as snacks when I go out. Love cheese chips. They have started selling them in stores now. I think if people only knew what we do about food. With your hands - have you been using them more/less? I usually type a lot at work and when I stop my fingers seemed to swell for a little bit, also after a gym workout - holding the bars tight, they will usually swell some the next day.
