This is a new week and I am starting to really exercise again starting tomorrow. Between the traveling and the late nights its been hard but I am ready to be back at it.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

has anyone ever pointed out to you that your total daily carbs are consistently very high, and higher than the average per person's?

No one has said anything to me about carbs. I am trying to find protein that I will eat as I am not really a protein person, never have been. Something I am working on.

Ya, Mark's right in identifying the high carb count. Keep in mind that regular soda packs a lot of empty calories! Perhaps try the diet alternative? Choosing heathier alternatives has helped me a lot on my get-in-shape journey :)
