I went through the freezer yesterday and tossed all the "bad" things away. I don't need the temptation.
110.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! I've learned that if it's something my family has and I don't want to dig in, I put it in the back of the cupboard where I won't see it. :)
