I can't stop eating lately, I don't know what's wrong with me...I'm determined today will be the day I stop. ugh. its like i feel myself getting close to under 200 for the first time and I feel like I'm self sabotaging??? or maybe it's because I've eaten the same thing for three weeks now so I'm going nuts?

Self sabotage is a real thing - there were a few times on this journey of mine - At those times, I went back to the basics - writing down in my journal of everything I ate as well as enter my activities (in the same journal) - I would eventually get back on track. Oh, in the journal, I have a picture of me at my heaviest (just for the extra motivation. Sharons - you got this

Try fasting and just drinking water until dinner time one day...it might reset you and help some of the weight gain drop?? Sometimes that will help motivate me again. I’ve been struggling too lately but I believe in you and know you can do this! Don’t give up

This feeling will pass. When it does, what are your plans?

You might want to take a listen to the tons of phone apps / YouTube guides to meditation to calm our minds so we can stay on track for every situation. If you give this a chance you will find that rewarding yourself with just a little personnel attention holds super great rewards. Hope this helps.

@sharonsvictory, this is the time you need to re-examine your BMI, caloric intakes, nutrients, and other nutritional needs. Remember as you lose and or gain, these amounts, numbers, needs will change and therefore will need to be modified and recalibrated to get your accuracy back in check...... Just a suggestion, not preaching.....Remember this is a lifestyle now, not a diet, so modifications and calibrations should be expected from time to time. I have confidence in your ability to get back on track rapidly......If a plateau has occurred or gains as of late ----just take a few days or up to a week to eat either more or less depending on your bodies need....Sometimes eating more for a short period of time will take your bodies natural ability to store fat away as it no longer thinks its in starvation or protection mode -----> doing so will trigger the bodies natural ability to begin letting go again as it figures out it isn't starving and no longer needs to hang on to the additional weight. Good luck and keep us posted !!!!! Go get em' 'Curves' !!!!!! You can do it.... ;)

Hold on, analyze your metrics again (BMI, basal rate, etc.), reset with a short fast and resume - you can do this.

Sharon, I agree with Chris, you have become a different person lately. If you ever need to talk, you can reach out to me. Trust me, losing weight is 60% food, 30% mental, and 10% exercise. You can do this, its a matter of getting into the right mindset!! You have come so far, and there is no looking back!! Take my hand, walk a little further, step at a time!!
