wannabhealthier's Journal, 19 Jun 18

Good Tuesday morning....finding right balance of food verses movement...once you figure that out and can be consistent..it does make releasing weight easier...like everything...to many distractions...you do great and give in...and your back to square one...trying to figure it all out again...

Walmart errands this morning, then hair cut,and then back home to watch it rain..exciting I know...can’t wait..

Well breakfast is over..gonna meditate..that always makes for a better day..

have a great one..this journal pecked out on iPad..no mic or misleading words added hopefully..

Great job. I think you'll find it to be good fun using a tape measure. Matbe you notice the change in your clothes already. I've recently learned that muscle growth can interfere with the body weight, and keeping an eye on volume changes is a good counter balance.
