It's back to the grind today! I know, I said that last week lol but I spent the weekend with my Fiance and he was going through his "get it all out of his system" phase lol. So today is starts. No more playing around!! Surprisingly, I lost a pound after all that! Weird. Anyway, here we go!
145.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 72.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
