A pound down is a pound down - but, given that I'm walking the campus during lunch most days (3.3 miles at/about 3.8 mph)... I have to wonder by how much that's being offset in muscle gained (e.g. legs, butt and back).
103.3 kg Lost so far: 65.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
