End of week 11. Down to 353. Had a bad weekend last weekend with pizza and carryout. Have done good thereafter so am happy to see any type of loss. I look forward to seeing the 340's by next week, and will refocus on my weight loss goals and doing well on Medifast.
160.1 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 78.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is awesome news. Everyday we start over on this weight loss journey....its not like you will never eat pizza again, everything in moderation ya know. When I want a snicker I am going to get a snicker, but I won't have IHOP, Pork Ribs, Ice cream, Snickers, Doritos and 2 pizzas in one day... that is a mess but once a week is great. I did decided to have three FREE meals out the week instead of one whole day where I go bananas..it will allow me to spread out the calories. I am counting calories, but I do wish you the best. You are going to look Fabulous when you are healthy. We BOTH will. :-)
