Woke at 211.2, up 2.4 from yesterday morning but the same weight as before dinner last night. Targeting 1500 calories today, all at dinner. Lots of meetings all over town today, so I will get a lot of exercise! UPDATE: Had a busy day. Walked five miles. Ate a few appetizers after work and then met friends for drinks. Had too many, which hurt me in carbs and hurt me in person. I stepped the wrong way and fell, landing on my face. Had to spend the night in the ER. I'm OK, but I have a nice black eye and a gash on my forehead that needed some stitches. I'm mostly mad about worrying Denise and causing her to stay overnight with me.
